Dr. Shih-Chung Huang graduated from the National Defense Medical Center (Taipei, Taiwan) in 2000. Subsequently, being assigned to service in grass-root troops for 2 years enhances his interpersonal skills. Then Dr. Shih-Chung Huang attended a five-year serious training course in diverse medical centers. Thereafter, he got five special licenses, with the focus on cardiology and intensive care. In 2018, Dr. Shih-Chung Huang was promoted to be the Chief of Teaching and Research Center in Kaohsiung Armed Forces General Hospital. Since collaboration is the prerequisite to succeed, one of his responsibilities is to encourage his team members to cooperate with other departments to achieve the best results.
