Keith has been a Consultant Head and Neck Surgeon for over 20 years and is based at the Royal Derby Hospital. As Clinical Director for Head, Neck, Ophthalmology and Plastic Surgery, he manages approximately 65 consultant surgeons in a business unit with a turnover of £72m. He is the Chair of the Performance and Productivity group within the Trust and has pioneered the introduction of extended day working within the Trust. He has been at the forefront of the introduction of barcode scanning in theatres over the past 2 years and has spearheaded the clinical engagement of the project.
