With 18-years’ experience at the forefront of healthcare policy, funding & payment issues, Natalie has consciously focussed on bringing the very latest thinking in healthcare to life in Australia and New Zealand.
During this time Natalie has been part of change in many forms, today it is the transformation - Value Based Healthcare - focussing on its practical implementation to enable outcomes that matter to patients.
Currently, Natalie holds a senior leadership position at Medtronic – which includes founding and chairing the local chapter of the VBHC Council. Prior to joining Medtronic, Natalie held appointments within the public health sector as a Health Information Manager, holding various positions including Medio-legal, Clinical Information Systems and Clinical Decision Support, before moving into the medical technology sector 14 years ago.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Health Information Management) and a Master of Health Science (Clinical Data Management) from the University of Sydney and is a member of the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA) and Health Technology Assessment International (HTAi).
